I have a little notebook where i jot down ideas for my blogs and one of the first things apart from make up and fashion i thought of was weight. I've decided that once a week I am going to update my blog with my weight loss progress. I want to share my story to help and motivate others to feel better about themselves! It's not all about skinny! So far i have lost 1 stone 3lbs in three weeks.
I've always had issues with my weight and i'm certainly not a natural skinny minnie. I have to put in a LOT of hard work and determination. It is so hard when you try you absolute best yet you don't even lose a pound but the chances are you have lost inches so just keep on going! I promise you will get there! Two years ago I managed to loose 4st and went from a size 16 to a size 6 in less then a year. Trust me you suddenly find people treat you different and suddenly want to know you, what sort of society do we live in? Then of course you get the jealous type who will make up the most ridiculous rumours "she's anorexic" "She has to be on drugs" etc. Not the fact i worked bloody hard! After a lot of stupidity and listening to the rumours the weight slowly crept back on, not that I am as big as i was back then but it is something I am going to make sure doesn't happen this time!
At the moment I am using Juice Plus which is working wonders for me and I feel so energised plus my skins looking amazing! For dinner I am either sticking to chicken and vegetables or simply having a weight watchers meal! If anyone has any tips or advice please leave a comment below!
